A LITTLE ABOUT US
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a loving home environment to homeless or near homeless young adults 18-24 years old.
PURPOSE STATEMENT
To house and assist young adults with independent living skills, provide resources for them, and to serve as an advocate. To provide mentoring to help meet their physical, behavioral, and spiritual needs. To help them succeed independently, with confidence and wise decision making, for a brighter future. Entrance into the Mantle House is temporary and transitional. They will be treated with dignity and respect. The primary goal is that these young adults will experience God’s love and compassion.

Mantle House Store is an Old Victorian Home with 2 levels of treasures, collectibles and flea market items, a book store, and children’s room. With proceeds benefiting the transitional home for young adults, your donations and purchases are so appreciated. Come for a visit.

October 6 and 7 — Five Year Anniversary Celebration
Join the celebration Food, Music, Sidewalk & Bake sale, Books by the Bag! – Both days.
6th – 1pm -5pm – Bring a chair and enjoy music on the river, food and hot coffee
7th – 11am-5pm – Food by The Lions Club – Free Children’s Activities,
Free Clothes, Variety of Vendors and Chinese Auction!
Celebrating five years of housing homeless young adults, along with the wonderful volunteers, donors, and community that make it all possible! West Newton has been a very special place that continually supports the efforts of the Mission.
The Celebration has something for everyone… Craft Vendors, Local Bands, Delicious Food, Activities, and Sidewalk Sales….
The Vendors and Chinese Auction will prepare you for the Holidays!
The food will satisfy your taste buds and add to the outdoor enjoyment of Autumn!
Free Children’s activities will be fun for all! … See you there!
